It uses your favourite email client as its user interface. It has a web-based interface for just a few secure services, like file downloads and invoice printing.
How does it work?
- You register our product with your social platform.
- When someone writes you a message in the given platform, you receive an email message.
- This email has the name of the sender, originating platform and workspace, and the content of the message itself.
- It may hold linked or attached files.
- Then you reply to it, as you would normally reply to any email message.
- Our system then routes your reply to the correct platform and sends it on your behalf.
- It also posts attachments that you may have included with your message.
This process removes the burden of keeping an eye on various platforms. You need to watch only your email client. This reduces the number of missed messages.
You can use your laptop or desktop to converse through apps that otherwise exist only for mobile phones.
Our product eases work with overly complicated interfaces. It can help you to increase your productivity and employability, if you have a short attention span, cognitive disabilities, or visual impairment.
